各位對國小酸鹼中和實驗的印象還停留在紫色高麗菜汁嗎?我們小朋友利用洛神花種子,種到開花結果,採收之後做成蜜餞,用副產品洛神花原汁當成酸鹼指示劑來進行酸鹼課程,更進一步做成彈珠汽水,有趣、好玩,更富含教育意義。實驗中,瓶蓋旋轉方向、小學階段的酸鹼定量、酸鹼試劑的加入順序、彈珠封口技巧,牽涉到各種科學原理:固體的溶解速率、地球引力、表面積與面積的數學運算、酸鹼中和。歡迎大家一起來體驗探究教學的樂趣。
Consider what kind of course you have in the Acid and Base lesson. Are you still doing “Purple cabbage” experiment? We used “Roselle Juice” as a novel Acid-Base Indicator which was one of roselle byproducts.
