各位對國小酸鹼中和實驗的印象還停留在紫色高麗菜汁嗎？我們小朋友利用洛神花種子，種到開花結果，採收之後做成蜜餞，用副產品洛神花原汁當成酸鹼指示劑來進行酸鹼課程，更進一步做成彈珠汽水，有趣、好玩，更富含教育意義。實驗中，瓶蓋旋轉方向、小學階段的酸鹼定量、酸鹼試劑的加入順序、彈珠封口技巧，牽涉到各種科學原理：固體的溶解速率、地球引力、表面積與面積的數學運算、酸鹼中和。歡迎大家一起來體驗探究教學的樂趣。

We used “Roselle Juice” as a novel Acid-Base Indicator which was one of roselle byproducts.
